  • 2 - Staff Selection

    Once the client’s requirements are determined, the staff selection process begins. The focus is on recruiting based on the client’s needs to ensure the best fit for their business and requirements.

  • 3 - Training

    After the staff member is selected, the training process begins. This is a joint process where the client provides specific requirements that the staff member needs to learn. The goal is to train them on the processes and software to required to fulfil the duties, and provide software recommendations if needed.

  • 4 - Client Software Integration

    The training process also includes ensuring that the staff member is familiar with all the software the client uses in their business. This is essential to ensure seamless integration of client software, and that the staff member's software knowledge is up-to-date.

  • 5 - Monitoring & Management

    The service provider has performance measurement software to ensure the staff member completes their tasks as required. However, it is recommended to have regular check-in meetings with the staff to provide feedback for optimal performance.

  • 6 - Regular Reviews

    Once a month, the service provider will review the staff member's performance and discuss the client's business progress. The goal is to increase efficiency, save time, and grow revenue. These meetings are essential to achieve these goals.
